Philip M. Cohen
President/CEO, Care Media Holdings Corporation

As CEO of Care Media Holdings Mr. Cohen also serves as CEO for PetCARE TV, Women’s HealthCARE TV and KidCARE TV. In December of 1983, following his career as a Director of Special Markets with Twentieth Century Fox, Mr. Cohen pursued his concept of using the newly emerging technology known as “pre-recorded video” to explore new business opportunities. Working with Warner Brothers, Twentieth Century Fox, Screenplay, and C3, Mr. Cohen marketed an unrelated series of educational and entertainment programs direct to videotape, floppy disc and cartridge in a number of market categories and channels. It was during this period that he developed the “Place-Based Media”, or “Captive Audience” business model. After working with RockWorld TV (a college campus based network utilizing music video programming and supported by advertisers such as K-Mart, American Express, and Coppertone) and Canny Shopper (supermarket based terminal combining advertising programming on Laser Disc with a scrolling LED, electronic card reader and coupon dispenser with ads from over 40 grocery suppliers such as Kraft Foods and Tropicana) Mr. Cohen decided to focus on the medical waiting room and since 1986 has been producing educational programming for the veterinary and human medical professions directed to pet owners, patients and parents. Mr. Cohen has produced over 1000 medical education programs sponsored by major advertisers such as Glaxo Smith-Kline, Merck, Pampers, Tylenol, MasterCard and Disney. In animal health, he has directed and produced 47 hours of television programming, over 100 veterinary client education programs, and over 100 on-line streaming video segments, all sponsored by advertisers like Novartis Animal Health, Bayer Animal Health and Purina Petfoods. Mr. Cohen is the founder/co-founder of VMS Client Ed Videos, HealthCare Television Network, The Good Health Channel, PetCARE Television Network, Inc., African American Medical Television Network, Inc., Women’s HealthCARE Television Network and KidCARE Medical Television Network, Inc. He continues to be directly responsible for all video production for the subsidiaries of Care Media Holdings as well as overall corporate management through appropriate officers and managers. Besides his responsibilities as CEO of Care Media Holdings Corp, Mr. Cohen serves as Chairman of the Boards of America’s Minority Health Networks, inc and The Spectrum Health Network, Inc.Continuing to promote the Place-Based Media Industry Mr. Cohen serves as Vice Chairman of the Digital Signage Federation, as a member of the Digital Signage Expo’s Private Network Council and speaks at national and international marketing events such as the International Health & Beauty Aids Expo and the Digital Signage Conference.

Donald R. Mastropietro
CFO

Mr. Mastropietro served as Controller of Medical Media in August 2002, was appointed to serve as Vice President Finance, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Assistant Secretary in November 2003, and now serves as Chief Financial Officer of Care Media Holdings Corporation. He performs these functions for PetCARE TV, Women’s HealthCARE TV and KidCARE TV as well. From May 1999 to August 2002, Mr. Mastropietro held various accounting positions with Intelliworxx, Inc., a publicly-traded company specializing in the design, manufacture, and sale of hand-held computers. From 1996 to 1999, he worked as a financial consultant for several public and private companies. From 1993 to 1996, he served as Chief Financial Officer of EVRO Corporation, a publicly-traded holding company where, as one of his assignments, he supervised the financial reporting for the Good Health Channel, a joint venture of Evro and Philip Cohen Associates. From 1972 to 1993, Mr. Mastropietro held several accounting positions at Teltronics, Inc, a publicly-traded company specializing in the design, manufacture, and sale of telecommunication equipment, serving the last five years as Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, and Treasurer.

Charles Richardson
VP, CMO

Currently Charles Richardson is Senior Vice President & CMO of Care Media Holdings Corp. Richardson is responsible for Strategic Planning, Marketing, Sales Team Management, and Revenue Generation.
Most recently he was a Partner & Chief Strategist for FMV Consultants LLC, an opportunity development and strategic planning firm that provided consultation in strategic planning, marketing, and corporate communications to corporations & entrepreneurs in the consumer packaged goods, healthcare, leisure time and entertainment industries.
Previously, as Director of Healthcare Marketing at Footsteps Communications, the multicultural affiliate of the worldwide communications company Omnicom, Mr. Richardson was instrumental in developing the agency’s healthcare practice, a first at an advertising & marketing agency specializing in the Urban Consumer Markets.
Early in his career, Mr. Richardson founded the first marketing research company in the United States to focus exclusively on the Black and Hispanic Consumer Markets. Pioneering psychographic segmentation studies identified the proper cultural cues and lifestyle nuances best suited for client use when communicating healthcare and other product benefits to these markets.
Prior experience has included corporate assignments in managerial market research at Squibb-Beechnut, and Lever Brothers.
Mr. Richardson has served on Syracuse University’s Public Relations Advisory Council for more than 8 years, and is currently a Board member of the Coppin State University Development Foundation. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Digital Place-Based Advertising Association, and is Board Chair of The Foundation for Sports Conditioning Inc.

Jim Silverman
VP Business Development

Jim Silverman, CARE Media, VP Business Development, CRO. Jim brings over 20 years of pharmaceutical DTC business development, advertising sales, & trade industry development experience to CARE Media Holding Corporation’s three digital “Point of Care” networks in Pediatrician, OB/GYN and Veterinarian waiting rooms. Prior to joining CARE Media, he was VP Sponsorships for Diabetes Health Network, a “Point of Care” Endocrinologist Out-of-Home Video Network. These organizations are the OOH leaders with sight-sound and motion, within their respective therapeutic segments. His “Point of Care” career began with print organization, Health Monitor in a dual role as Director of Health Association Strategy and Sales Director.
For approximately 15 years, Jim directed the health category business strategy for such notable world-class media organizations as: The Wall Street Journal/Dow Jones (DJ), U.S. News & World Report, and AOL/Time Warner (TW). His notably Best Practices included: repositioning the U.S. News America’s Best Hospital issue, WSJ’s Direct to Consumer strategy and created the 1st private industry/health association national print patient education campaigns for the American Heart Association’s PRT committee in nutrition, hypertension and wellness.
Jim has a plethora of human health association affiliations including American Heart Association (AHA), The Consumer Health Products Association (CHPA), Asthma & Allergy Foundation of America (AAFA), The National Sleep Foundation (NSF), The American Pain Foundation (APF), The American Diabetes Association (ADA), American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), Consumer Electronics Trade Association, National Heart, Lung & Blood Institute (NHLBI), and 2009/2010 relationships with Animal Health organizations: American Kennel Club (AKC) and the Companion Animal Parasite Council (CAPC). His trade industry development advertising campaigns are currently running in Drug Store News, MM&M, and Advertising Age. He has also been quoted in the leading advertising, pharmaceutical, and consumer electronics trade publications. He lives in Greenwich, CT with his wife and daughters.

Marci Lemanski
VP, Advertising Sales

Ms. Lemanski currently serves as Vice President of Sales/Midwest for multiple digital place-based media networks: KidCARE, Women’s HealthCARE and PetCARE TV, that provide ad supported contextually relevant content in doctors’ offices nationwide. She introduced these inaugural out-of-home networks to media decision makers at advertisers and agencies and successfully sold long-term ad schedules for CPG, pharmaceutical and retail advertisers, including the single largest order to date.
From July 2005 to May 2009 Ms. Lemanski was Regional Director of Sales for Premier Retail Networks’ Checkout TV that was PRN’s first venture into regional/local sales at grocery and Wal-Mart stores’ checkout lanes in the top 20 U.S. markets. She sold a six-digit local program within the first 60 days of the platform’s existence. Ms. Lemanski received her division’s national award for exceeding 2006 sales goals and was recognized by PRN management at a national conference for sales leadership in closing new categories of Checkout TV advertisers.
For twelve years prior to PRN Ms. Lemanski was President/Owner of Creative Media Development, Inc., a full-service advertising media planning and buying agency. CMDI developed media strategies and comprehensive plans (e.g. print, broadcast, outdoor/transit, and non-traditional media), for its clients.
Ms. Lemanski served as Sales Manager for Sales Media Sales selling broadcast sponsorships and promotions for independent sports syndicators. She led the expansion of SMS to form Cable Media, Inc., a new division that provided sales representation for local cable systems nationwide. CMI was the first nationwide advertising rep firm for this medium. Ms. Lemanski was recognized by the Cable Advertising Bureau for placing the first-ever million dollar buy for spot cable television.

Debora Stein
VP, Advertising Sales

Ms. Stein has substantial sales/marketing experience in traditional and nontraditional media. Most recently she served as Account Executive for the Newborn & Patient Channels acquired by Interactivation Health Networks from NBC Universal. She was directly responsible for employing new technologies to deliver interactive and personalized content to consumers through VOD networks, mobile devices and the Internet.
Previously she served as Account Executive for NBC Universal, New York where she was responsible for new business development, nationwide. Ms Stein developed comprehensive proposals and presentations and leveraged custom media solutions, sponsorships and content licensing opportunities to achieve results.
With the Landon Media Group Ms. Stein represented newspaper, magazine and online properties across the country. She also promotdc targeted marketing initiatives and was responsible for Travel, Pharmaceuticals, Education and NE based Retail.
At All In One Media Ms Stein served as Account Executive – Client Services to develop Outdoor/Out-Of-Home/Digital media solutions for her clients. She creatively and strategically promoted a broad range of platforms and integrated marketing programs to advertisers and ad agencies.
As Director of Online Sales & Marketing for United Media she represented Dilbert.com, Snoopy.com and Comics.com and managed sales efforts for DoubleClick. At Screenvision Cinema Network Ms. Stein served as VP/National Sales Director and was responsible for sales staffs in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles and San Francisco. She was also the United States Cannes delegate for the International Advertising Festival. As VP/East Coast Sales Director her include American Express, BMW, Reebok, Hasbro, Kodak, AT&T.
