Care Media Holdings networks KidCARE TV, PetCARE TV and Women’s HealthCARE TV places screens and delivers exclusive medical education content to doctors waiting rooms nationwide. Content is delivered via DVD or broadband, either advertiser supported or subscription fee, in an eight hour playlist. Broadband programming is updated daily as needed and DVD programming is updated quarterly or annually depending on the type of subscription the doctor has chosen. Advertising is sold to national advertisers on a CPM basis and is delivered in 30 or 60 second spots between educational segments. Content is approximately 75% education and 25% advertising. Subscription based systems including all hardware, installation and delivered content are sold to doctors at $299 / month for broadband, $299 / quarter for DVD and $699 / year for DVD annual subscriptions. DVD subscriptions include DVD players and 21″ TV’s while broadband subscriptions are delivered on 32″ screens or 42″ screens with a slight one time upcharge.
